About Conleys Roofing
I’m Mr. Daniel R. Conley, owner of Conleys Roofing. I started roofing at 16. After years on crews, I saw how leaks and mixed messages made homeowners worry. I opened this family shop to give clear answers and steady, careful work.
I’ve logged over 28 years on roofs. Working with my dad, brother, and sons, our family adds up to more than 100 years of hands-on experience. Outside work, I enjoy sports, traveling, and teaching my Sunday school class. I’m married, with three kids.
Safe, skilled, and accountable
We train our crews on fall protection, ladder safety, and careful tear-offs. New hires learn alongside seasoned installers before leading tasks. Every project has a working foreman you can reach, so questions never sit unanswered.
We maintain proper licensing and insurance for our work, and we pull permits when needed. Team members pass background checks. We follow local codes, take photos before and after, and keep a clean, organized job site.
What you can expect
- Clear, written proposals:You’ll get a line-by-line scope, materials, and timeline in plain English. We point out what’s urgent and what can wait. No vague wording. You’ll know what we’re doing, why, and what it costs.
- Respect for your time:We set realistic start dates and keep you updated if weather changes the plan. You’ll hear from us before, during, and after the job, so you’re not left guessing when crews arrive or finish.
- Safety first on every site:We use fall protection, secure ladders, and protect landscaping and siding. Daily cleanup keeps nails and debris contained, with a final sweep before we leave, so your driveway and yard are ready to use.
- Built to last, not patched to pass:We install underlayment, flashing, and ventilation the right way, not just the fast way. Proper details around chimneys, valleys, and walls help stop leaks and extend the life of your roof.
- Photos and proof at each step:We document the roof before we start, during tear-off, and after installation. You’ll see what we found and how we fixed it, which builds confidence and helps with insurance or future maintenance.
- Local roots, year-round support:We live and work here. When storms hit or seasons shift, we’re close by to assess damage, make a plan, and schedule work. No long waitlists from far away—just reachable people who know your area.
A family business with deep roots
Roofing is our trade and our family time. I learned from my dad, I taught my brother and sons, and we still climb roofs together. That kind of trust shows in how we plan, build, and clean up.
We care about our town. We pitch in on local service days, help with storm cleanup, and support neighborhood projects and youth activities. I also teach a Sunday school class, which keeps me grounded and focused on serving people well.
Straight talk and a steady process
Here’s how we work: we inspect, take photos, and explain options. You get a clear proposal and schedule. During the job, we update you. Afterward, we walk the site with you, share photos, and leave things tidy.
